These terms apply to purchases and use of Agentic Management products, operated by Architectural Intelligence. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms.
Your license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included book, audio, templates, prompts, and course materials for your own learning and internal business work. You may adapt templates for that use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access credentials, or use the materials to create a competing product or training library.
Access and delivery
Digital files and eligible course access are delivered after Stripe confirms payment. Download-only access normally remains active for 30 days; eligible course access normally remains active for 90 days. Contact us if you need a replacement link. Course progress stored in your browser may be lost if you clear local browser storage or change devices.
Upgrade credits
Eligible self-serve buyers may apply the full price of a prior purchase toward a higher self-serve tier through the signed buyer upgrade path. Credits are tied to the original confirmed, unrefunded purchase, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be combined across customers or duplicate purchases. A completed upgrade replaces the lower-tier entitlement with the higher-tier entitlement and its stated access period.
Working sessions
If your tier includes a working session, scheduling occurs after checkout through the provided booking link. Sessions are advisory working meetings, not done-for-you implementation. Please provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Consulting engagements offered by Architectural Intelligence are separate and governed by their own written scope or agreement.
Guarantee and refunds
Self-serve tiers carry the 30-day money-back guarantee shown at checkout. To request a refund, email hello@archin.tel from the address used to purchase and include your receipt. Refunds return to the original payment method. Abuse, fraud, or repeated purchases and refunds may be declined where permitted.
Educational information
The materials and sessions provide general educational and operational information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, employment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, outputs, approvals, data handling, and compliance in your organization. Test AI-produced work before relying on it.
No guaranteed outcome
Examples and methods are intended to help you work more deliberately with AI, but results vary with your context, implementation, tools, and judgment. We do not guarantee a particular revenue, cost, productivity, or business result.
Availability and liability
We may update the site, delivery method, or materials while preserving the substance of what was purchased. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products are provided as available and our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
