Agentic Management is a product of Architectural Intelligence. This notice explains what we collect when you use agenticmanagement.io and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Purchases: Stripe processes your payment. We receive checkout details needed to confirm payment, deliver the correct tier, prevent duplicate delivery, and support refunds, including your email address, checkout session, amount, currency, and payment status. We do not receive your full card number.
- Email signup: if you request the free field-prompt pack, we collect your email and available campaign attribution so we can send the pack and relevant follow-up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Course work: if you submit a Proof of Work exercise, we store the lesson name and text you submit for up to 90 days. Do not include customer, employee, regulated, confidential, or sensitive data.
- Applications and operating results: if you apply for the Guided Operator Build or voluntarily submit a post-build result, we collect the workflow, baseline, result, evidence, scheduling and fit information, contact details you provide, and your stated case-study permission. Selecting a case-study permission level does not authorize publication; we confirm any use separately.
- Usage and attribution: we collect limited page, click, campaign, referrer, device, and engagement data. Google Ads may set or pass identifiers such as gclid, wbraid, or gbraid. A checkout click is measured as intent; completed purchases are confirmed separately through Stripe.
- Messages: if you email us, we use the information you provide to answer and support you.
How we use information
We use information to deliver purchases, operate course access, send requested material, support customers, administer guarantees and upgrades, measure marketing performance, improve the offer, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Services we use
We use service providers to operate the site: Stripe for payment, Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Resend for transactional and requested email, and Google Ads for advertising measurement. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms and our configuration of their services.
Retention and security
Download access normally lasts 30 days and course access normally lasts 90 days. Course Proof of Work submissions expire after 90 days. Purchase, application, outcome, and attribution records may be retained longer for delivery, reconciliation, proof review, fraud prevention, accounting, and support. We use access controls, signed links, restricted administrative endpoints, and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to records we must retain, by emailing hello@archin.tel. Browser settings and advertising controls can limit cookies and ad measurement.
